DESCRIPTION:Medicare enrollment events will be held via phone this year. In order to sign up for assistance\, please complete the enrollment form found here. FORMS SUBMITTED ONLINE OR VIA MAIL MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 17.  For those that need assistance after NOVEMBER 17\, please reach out to 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). \nThese events are intended to help persons enroll in a Medicare plan for 2022 during the Open Enrollment period beginning on October 15 and ending on December 7\, 2021. If you currently have a Medicare plan\, you can switch to a new plan during the Open Enrollment period. All seniors are encouraged to remember that just because a plan worked well for last year does not mean it will work best for you this year. Plans change and your medications may have changed.
