All seniors are encouraged to remember that just because a plan worked well for last year does not mean it will work best for you this year. Plans change and your medications may have changed. Everyone should have their plan reviewed. \nA schedule of meeting dates and times for each Senior Center can be downloaded HERE. \nSeniors who plan to attend should bring their prescription information or fill out and bring the assistance request form that can be downloaded HERE.

DESCRIPTION:The Ombudsman program is proud to announce their first interagency meeting. Meeting will be held July 26\, 2019 from 2 – 3 p.m.  at SARCOA.  This meeting will allow people in the community to bring concerns regarding nursing homes in the seven counties that SARCOA covers. Participants will pick one concern to address for the year. We will follow up with all participants to let them know what action has been taken to address the concern. If you are not able to attend the meeting\, we will have a dial in number so that you can participate by phone.
