Below are the seniors available to sponsor for Geneva County. If you would like to sponsor one or more of the seniors please click on the sponsor button below each listing, fill out the form and click SUBMIT. You will be emailed an acknowledgement with the information you need for the senior you have sponsored. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email, please call SARCOA.

Gifts will be collected at the former National Guard Armory (2755 Choctaw Street in Dothan – at the intersection of Westgate Parkway and Choctaw Street, turn onto Choctaw Street and enter through armory gate to blue warehouses in back of lot) on Saturday, December 6, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.; Friday, December 12, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.; and Saturday, December 13, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. SARCOA case managers and volunteers will deliver gifts to the seniors before Christmas.

Client is a 62-year-old Male living in Geneva County. Client has a limited monthly income. His  health conditions include Hypertension, Diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, Chronic Pain, Hearth Disease, COPD, Radiculopathy, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Mixed Hyperlipidemia, and GAD. Client is an elderly male who lives  with his wife. Client’s upbringing was very traumatic which has caused him some difficulty in most social environments. Client’s income tends to not cover his expenses and client would like the change to have a good holiday without stressing about how and still have enough to maintain his normal medical & home bills. Client likes wood working projects, tank tops shirts, basketball shorts,  and would like to play games on a tablet, and a gift for his wife
