The Medicaid Waiver for the Frail Elderly and Disabled (E&D Waiver) Program provides person-centered care in the home for elderly and disabled low-income people who, without assistance, might have to be cared for in a nursing home.

Eligibility

  • Have a low enough monthly income
  • Have low resources / assets
  • Meet certain standards of medical need
