Medicare open enrollment for 2024 coverage starts on October 15, 2023, and continues through December 7, 2023. If you have not checked your Medicare coverage for 2023 now is the time and SARCOA can help! SARCOA is holding special events around our 7-county region to help inform seniors of the changes to Medicare coverage for 2024. Plans change and your needs change. It is important to carefully review any materials and changes in costs or coverage that will happen in 2024, and decide if your current Medicare coverage will meet your needs for the year ahead.

For free personalized assistance via The State Health Insurance Assistance Program ( SHIP ) complete the enrollment form below. If you would prefer to submit a form via mail, one may be picked up at your local SARCOA senior center or at SARCOA.     Please list each of your prescriptions in the box below. For each, list the name exactly as it appears on the container, the strength, mg, mcg, ml, or other strength, the form, such as TAB, CAP, cream, ointment, liquid, etc., and the amount of each fill, such as 30/mo, 90/3 mo, 1 tube/mo, 2 vials/3 mo, 1 bottle/3 mo, 5 boxes of 3 pens/3 mo, etc.
