Every four years the State of Alabama submits a State Plan on Aging to the Administration for Community Living (ACL) within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). Today, we are presenting to you the purpose of the 2021 – 2024 State Plan on Aging and how you can help. We want any senior citizen, person with a disability, caregiver, or anyone else listening to this recording to join the conversation and tell us about unmet needs in your communities and suggestions on how your needs can be better met because you are important to us.
