During  Older Americans Month, Legal Legal Services of Alabama is reaching out to seniors via a webinar, Older Americans Month Series: Avoiding Exploitation and Maintaining Your Autonomy.

SARCOA has a program called Phone Pals that can arrange a volunteer call to check on you or a loved one. Each phone call offers a listening ear and an encouraging word.
